AIMsi Basic Package Includes: Comprehensive ATF compliance (A&D book, e4473 forms, and Smartwaiver), complete POS activity, inventory management with barcode labeling, accounts receivable, gift and loyalty card tracking, daily reports, and a time clock. Also included: licensing for 1 location and 1 workstation, 1 hour of on-line training, and a 45 day maintenance plan.

Below are the functions (modules) of AIMsi. AIMsi was created with flexibility in mind. The basic package is enough for most stores to get started. The additional functions can be purchased as needed and as your business grows.

Complete POS Activity (Basic)

A & D Book Point of Sale Software with fully customizable touchscreen POS and a classic POS that uses the keyboard and mouse.

Electronic A & D Book (Basic)

Compliance with all ATF requirements for recording and reporting on acquisitions and dispositions with a complete electronic A & D book. Record, maintain and manage important information within AIMsi for all firearm transactions such as: NICS, FFL, and 4473 numbers, state ID and concealed carry ID. Prevents the acquisition, sale, or transfer of a firearm without a serial number. Prevents multiple gun sales to the same customer within a specified time period when recommended by state and federal law, or when additional paperwork must be completed. Complete a firearm transaction without showing delivery and disposition until the waiting period expires and the firearm is picked up. Handle the manufacturing of a gun that will track the receiver gunbook history accordingly.

Inventory Management (Basic)

Contains powerful automated inventory optimization features designed to help reduce inventory cost and increase cash flow and inventory turns.

Customer Management (Basic)

Maintains a complete history of customers and allows for customized marketing, customer loyalty programs, accounts receivable tracking, and more.

Barcode Labeling (Basic)

Print customized barcode labels and inventory hang tags for easy accessibility when updating inventory, viewing inventory and at point of sale.

Employee Management (Basic)

Record hours worked by employees and track vacations, sick days, and personal leaves of absence. Establish employee user groups and set security permissions accordingly.

Report Catalog (Basic)

The report catalog offers many reports (over 200) such as Serial Acquisition & Disposition (A&D Book), Multiple Purchase Restriction, staff performance, inventory control. Create customer lists for targeted marketing, filtering on demographics such as customer type, zip code ranges, and sales information.

Gift Cards (Basic)

Offers secured tracking of electronic gift cards and renewal money cards. Merchandise return credit and other store credits can be tracked on the cards.

Software Licensing (Basic)

AIMsi includes licensing for one workstation and one store location, however, an unlimited number may be purchased and added on as needed.

Long-Term Rental & Sales Contracts ($745)

Range management is built into the basic package, but if you do memberships this module is for you. Set up memberships, setup memberships with autopay, establish payoff discounts plus add Active-e to let customers sign-up for memberships and review status on-line.

Purchase Orders ($445)

Track special orders for customers, enter stock orders, and create, print and receive purchase orders from vendors.

Repair & Service Tracking ($445)

Generate estimates for repairs, adjustments, cleanings and repair/service tickets automatically prompt for eBound Book entries.When Repair/Service is completed and released back to the customer a disposition record is created for the eBound Book. Keeps history of repairs/services for serialized items plus add, Active-e to let customers approve Gunsmith Service Estimates on-line, as well as track the progress until completion.

AIMsi will track the transfer of the serialized Lower through the build as parts are added to it from inventory to create the serialized firearm product. The Electronic Gun Book will track the Acquisition and Disposition entries through the build process.

  • Class Scheduling & Billing ($445)

    If you offer classes, you can use the scheduling module to manage classes, instructor schedules and payments, student participation and fees. Combine with Active-e to offer on-line scheduling to your clientele.

    Short-Term Rentals Contracts ($445)

    Manage your accounts payable by vendor or date and perform a vendor cost analysis anytime.

    General Ledger ($445)

    A CPA-approved solution for all of your accounting needs, whether you or an accounting firm prepare you financial statements. You can also take advantage of AIMsi's integration with QuickBooks.

    Contact Management ($445)

    Contact Management is used to manage the contact between your store and customers and prospective customers. Call to actions can be added to act as reminders to perform a certain action with a customer on a certain date. The actions might be as diverse as calling to notify of an upcoming sale, calling because a payment was promised and not received or following up with a potential customer. The Contact Management system may also be used as an internal calendar for management and employees. You will have a better organized staff if the Contact Management system is used to its fullest potential.

    2. B2B - Secure and direct connection to participating vendor catalogs like RSR Group, Sports South, Ellett Brothers, and Lipseys. You can place orders, check available stock and stock prices, and locate new products for your store. This can help lessen or eliminate product data entry.
    3. eCommerce - Inventory integration with AIMsi makes this an unbeatable eCommerce solution. There is no need to re-enter your inventory and your customers benefit from a secure shopping experience with up-to-the-minute inventory updates.
